After you activate your account, you can change various account settings.

Start by selecting settings icon (Gear) and further selecting Account Settings.
Basic Settings allow you to select a timezone and Signature. The timezone is preselected, no need to change that. You can add a signature that is placed in all messages that you create.
You can change your password at anytime. Note that passwords do not expire.
Adding contacts is a great way to save time when sending messages, if there is the possibility you will send many messages to the same group of DPI staff.
