WISEdata Ed-Fi API Certification & Integration Overview

Each January, the WISEdata Collections team releases a list of projects for the upcoming school year. All vendors are required to attend the Annual Vendor Conference—typically held in March—to review updates to data collection processes and expectations.

Certification is conducted in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment to ensure interoperability between vendor systems and WISEdata Ed-Fi applications. This process supports Wisconsin’s school districts, charter schools, and private schools participating in a parental choice program.

Vendors must complete all test cases and achieve certification by August 1st to be approved for the upcoming school year.
