Integration Testing: Scheduling & Preparation Checklist
To ensure successful WISEdata Integration Testing and maintain your status on the certified vendor list, please follow the steps below to prepare for your upcoming testing sessions.
Sign up for Integration testing
Register for WISEdata Integration Testing for the 2026–2027 school year.
SIGN UP: WISEdata Integration Testing 26/27 SY (Please schedule no later than May 31)
The recommended number of sessions varies by vendor type and year—check the What’s New page for guidance.
Verify Environment & Access
Confirm Ed-Fi Credential (UAT) application access for all team members involved in testing.
Confirm LEA exist in Ed-Fi Credential (UAT) for testing. If your target LEAs are missing, please contact us. https://dpi.wi.gov/wisedata/vendors/vendor-access-inquiry
Review Requirements
Review the Project List and familiarize yourself with relevant Use Cases on the “What’s New” page.
Prepare Test Data
Load necessary student data into the WISEdata Ed-Fi API UAT environment at least 24 hours before testing to ensure the data exists in the API.
Note: UAT data is vendor-managed and separate from production.
Testing Deadline
All integration testing must be completed by July 31.
