Programs
This domain represents the program(s) that a student participates in or is served by.
The Homeless program in which students experience homelessness at any point during a given school year is provided the opportunity and supports needed to achieve their goals and own their future under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.
The Food Service program in which students receive meals through federal school meal programs, such as National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Summer Food Service Program, Special Milk Program, USDA Foods Program, etc.
The Language Instruction in which English language learners receive language instruction services under Title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
Other Student programs:
Section 504 in which students with a physical or mental impairment receive services under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) in which have not been identified as students with disabilities under IDEA and do not yet have an IEP but are determined to need additional academic and behavioral supports to succeed in general education.
Student Learning Modality implies how each student is participating in instruction. For example, whether a student’s modality of participation is “remote”, “on campus” or “hybrid”.
