Staff (Public LEAs Only)

The Staff domain captures basic staff information, including information about the staff member. The domain also captures information about staff employment and assignment relationships with education organizations, including situations in which staff may have multiple employment and assignment associations.

• /staffs (populated by DPI, but can also be posted by vendors if staff is not found)
  The staff identity solution allows districts to retrieve and review potential student matches and to create WISEids for staff and students through their vendor tool

• /staffSchoolAssociation (Part of Act 20, required by Pearson to associate staff to schools and grant access in AIMSweb+)

• /staffSectionAssociations

There are three distinct associations between a Staff member and an EducationOrganization, beyond those listed above.

• Staff Employment (/staffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation) captures the financial relationship with the entity paying the staff member, including volunteers and contract employees..

• Staff Contact (/staffEducationOrganizationContactAssociations) records contact information for a staff member at a specific educational organization.

• Staff Assignment (/StaffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation) details the educational organization where a staff member works, updated from WISEid at the district level.
