WISEdata is composed of services aimed at streamlining the process of collecting required state and federal data from schools. The resources provided here are targeted at vendors that need to enhance their systems to integrate with the new functionality deployed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
The services include WISEdata Ed-Fi Integration, WISEdata Ed-Fi Credentialing, WISEdata Student Identity Integration (WISEid), and WISEdata Finance Integration, and more.

Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s (DPI) WISEdata Ed-Fi Integration aims to improve the collection of required state and federal data. The WISEdata Ed-Fi Integration replaces individual legacy collection systems, such as ISES, CWCS, and SAFR with a cohesive interoperability collection framework.
DPI has chosen the Ed-Fi interoperability framework to facilitate collecting local education agency (LEA) information. This framework needs to be implemented (if it is not already) by the LEA’s student information system (SIS), financial data system, and other technology providers.
