📌 To ensure successful Integration testing takes place annually from April to mid-July, with late July reserved for retesting defects. Vendors must successfully complete all use cases to achieve certification by August 1st annually.➡️Schedule Integration Testing (24/25 SY)Testing and maintain your status on the certified vendor list, please follow this checklist to prepare for your upcoming testing sessions:
Verify UAT environment for team members who will need it.
If you need access, please visit the Wisconsin Web Access Management System (UAT) to create a WAMS ID for the sandbox or recover your account details if forgotten.
Review the Project List and familiarize yourself with the Use Cases, see details on the “What’s New” page.
Confirm that the LEAs (Local Education Agencies) you intend to test with exist. If not, please contact CONTACT US for assistance.
Prepare and load necessary data into the WISEdata UAT environment. Ensure student data is uploaded at least 24 hours before testing to facilitate a smooth process. Note: The UAT environment's data is managed by the vendor and differs from production for security reasons.
