Schedule an Integration Testing Session
Schedule Integration Testing (25/26 SY) Please schedule no later than May 31. (Link to come in early 2025)
Visit the WISEdata Collections Team on Eventbrite to choose your testing dates. The recommended number of testing sessions varies by vendor type and year; see details on the “What’s New” page.
To ensure successful Integration Testing and maintain your status on the certified vendor list, please follow this checklist to prepare for your upcoming testing sessions:
Verify UAT environment for team members who will need it.
If you need access, visit the Wisconsin Web Access Management System (UAT) to create a WAMS ID for the sandbox or recover your account details if forgotten.
Review the Project List and familiarize yourself with the Use Cases; see details on the “What’s New” page.
Confirm that the LEAs (Local Education Agencies) you intend to test with exist. If not, please contact contact us for assistance. Vendor Access and Inquiry
Prepare and load necessary data into the WISEdata UAT environment. Ensure student data is uploaded at least 24 hours before testing to facilitate a smooth process.
NOTE: The UAT environment's data is managed by the vendor and differs from production.If you are new to the WISEdata Ed-Fi API start with understand the API requirements (Development Resources) and workflow.
Integration testing is expected to be completed by 7/31.
