Timely Initial Evaluations (Indicator 11) in WISEdata (Regression test. Carry over from 22/23 SY) | After a parent gives consent for their child to be evaluated for Special Education eligibility, LEAs are required by law to perform that evaluation within 60 calendar days. Failure to perform the evaluation within 60 days is an instance of noncompliance, which is important for monitoring and for the Special Education team's APR reporting.
